Our journey began in 1960 with our father Mehmet Yaşar Türkan in a small workshop. Today, EKOL ÇİKOLATA proudly produces premium chocolate, dragée, Turkish delight, and fruit leather (pestil) in two state-of-the-art facilities located in Istanbul and Gaziantep.

With a team of 130 skilled professionals and a daily production capacity of 5 tons, our products are available in over 20,000 retail stores in Turkey and exported to 12 countries. We adhere to the highest food safety standards, holding certifications including BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, OHSAS, Halal, and Kosher.
