Founded in 1981 in the Manisa Organized Industrial Zone, Yonca Gıda has grown to become one of Turkey’s Top 500 Industrial Enterprises (ISO 500).

The company offers an ever-expanding product range including: edible oils, olive oil, grilled vegetables, pickles, canned fruits & vegetables, tomato paste and tomato products, ketchup, mayonnaise, sauces, and dairy products. Since its founding, Yonca has embraced the motto “Health First,” implementing and developing international standards in R&D and production.

Its oil facilities, covering 60,000 m², have a daily capacity of 700 tons of oilseed processing and 400 tons of refined oil production. With advanced physical refining technology, Yonca has solidified its competitiveness and quality in the edible oil market.

In 2010, Yonca established Turkey’s largest pickle production facility in Saruhanlı, Manisa—spanning 68,000 m² open and 32,000 m² closed areas.
