Founded in Riyadh in 2018, Horizons Contracting Company (HCC) was built on a foundation of quality, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. From its earliest projects, the company has aimed to contribute to Saudi Arabia’s development while transforming ambitious concepts into reality.
HCC gained national recognition by launching Muvi Cinemas, the first Saudi-owned cinema brand, which by 2020 had expanded to more than 23 branches, each valued at 88 million SAR. In 2022, the company introduced ACTIV Gyms, a low-cost, accessible fitness concept that includes dedicated training studios. In 2024, HCC advanced into large-scale residential development with Garden Residence, a 24,000 sqm project valued at over 160 million SAR.
