Rubber accelerators are critical additives used to control the vulcanization rate and final properties of rubber compounds. 🟦 Available Types:

• MBT (Mercapto): A semi-ultra accelerator from the thiazole group, used with natural and synthetic rubber. Also used in cosmetics, paints, and plastics.

• MBTS: A light yellow or white powder used as a primary ultra-fast accelerator. Popular in tire and rubber manufacturing.

• CBS (also known as CZ): A yellowish-white powder primary accelerator used in hoses, cables, footwear, and more.

• DPG: Diphenyl guanidine-based secondary accelerator. Prevents premature vulcanization without compromising final product performance.

• ZDEC: Zinc diethyldithiocarbamate-based ultra-fast accelerator, compatible with NR, SBR, NBR, IR, and latex systems.

• ZDBC: Zinc dibutyldithiocarbamate-based accelerator in white or yellowish powder form. Also used as a stabilizer and antioxidant.

• TMTD: White flammable powder used as both primary and secondary accelerator. Common in general rubber manufacturing.
