ADP Panels (Main Distribution Panels)

ADP Panels (Main Distribution Panels) ADP panels, also known as Main Distribution Panels, are the primary power distribution units in electrical power facilities. These panels house the circuit breakers for the facility's distribution lines and are often located in the same area as the compensation (power factor correction) panels. Typically, they are installed indoors—within the building.

However, under certain special conditions, they may be installed next to the pump, i.e., outdoors, which may require configuration changes. In small-scale facilities, main distribution panels may include the electricity meter and compensation system together. In larger facilities, the panel may include:

Copper busbars,

Main circuit breaker,

Current transformers,

Metering section,

And compensation components.

If the main distribution panels are to be installed outside the building, they must be of the outdoor type. For indoor installations, they should be of the indoor type with either natural ventilation or equipped with an exhaust fan. Additionally, internal lighting can be included inside the panel if needed.
