Sheetfed Offset Rubber Rollers

Rubber rollers used in sheetfed offset printing systems are manufactured according to the technical specifications required by the offset system. During production, parameters specified by machine manufacturers for the arrangement of rubber rollers in each model and brand are strictly followed. Detailed records of the technical properties of rubber rollers for each machine's roller configuration are maintained. Rubber compounds compatible with conventional, hybrid, UV, and mixed ink types are used in sheetfed offset printing.
