Enka Süt

Enka Süt is a well-established Turkish dairy brand that places people at the center of its operations, aiming for continuous customer and employee satisfaction. With over 40 years of experience and more than 300 employees, Enka continues to produce high-quality dairy products using modern techniques and strict hygiene standards.

Fresh milk is collected twice daily (morning and evening) from over 15,000 local suppliers in the Central Anatolia and Mediterranean regions. The milk is cooled to +4 °C and transported in insulated tankers to the factory, where it is processed within 24 hours—preserving its natural vitamins and minerals through pasteurization in high-tech production lines.

Enka Süt products are subject to extensive quality control, including sampling from over 250 points in the facility, ensuring each package represents the company’s commitment to excellence. Guided by regional consumer preferences, Enka continually develops new, flavorful dairy products that meet evolving market demands.
