Founded in 2002 in Mersin, Saysan Bakliyat is a family-owned company operating in the pulses industry. With a cutting-edge lentil processing facility capable of handling 150 tons per day, the company also processes chickpeas and beans for both domestic and international markets.

Our facility, equipped with the latest technology, has an annual processing capacity of 50,000 tons for lentils. Natural products are first stored in silos, then pass through a four-story processing plant where they are sorted, cleaned, and packaged. We use top-tier equipment, including the Excell Next-Generation Closed Sieve System and advanced color sorting machines.
