Founded in 1945 by Mehmet Bayam in Siirt, BAYAMTAŞ has been operating since 1970 in Mersin, Turkey’s main gateway to global exports.

With over 70 years of experience, BAYAMTAŞ is one of the few family-owned corporate companies to survive through generations, standing as a leading producer and exporter of pulses, rice, spices, food, and forest products. The company operates with a daily processing capacity of 500 tons, in modern facilities covering 80,000 m² total area (40,000 m² closed), and a storage capacity of 100,000 tons.
