Aluminum Facade Profiles and Aluminum Glass Gaskets

Katek-Ağaoğlu manufactures aluminum profiles, known for their durability, heat resistance, and long lifespan, widely used in various sectors, particularly in workplace, facade cladding, and interior partition applications. EPDM profiles are employed to ensure sealing in steel, wood, and plastic-structured doors and windows, providing longevity and energy savings. We produce glass profiles, as well as outer, middle, and inner beading profiles for all types of windows, in compliance with TS 7510 and DIN 7863 standards. Our products can withstand outdoor conditions from -40°C to +120°C for many years without deterioration. The production process includes mold manufacturing based on technical drawings or samples, extrusion line testing, measurement approval, and careful packaging to prevent deformation during transportation.
