It offers a flexible batch capacity ranging from 500 to 5000 liters, built from AISI 304/316 stainless steel for durability and hygiene. The vat features steam or hot water jacket heating and an integrated cooling jacket to maintain optimal processing temperatures. A gentle variable-speed agitation system ensures uniform mixing, while the automatic curd cutter delivers accurate curd formation. The entire system is controlled via a PLC touchscreen interface, providing ease of operation and reliable process monitoring.
