Since 2002, Peva Textile has operated on a 10,000 m² open and 4,200 m² enclosed site with 100 employees, producing and marketing sacks (gamboç), bags, duffels, and medical products using recycled, organic, and various other materials. With an annual production capacity of 4 million sacks, it is the largest facility in Turkey and Europe. Its quality and reliability have made it the choice of many major brands. Among the raw materials we use is FPP NONWOVEN (polypropylene nonwoven fiber), a breathable, water-repellent material that biodegrades quickly in natural conditions. In printing techniques, we use water-based and solvent-based inks with screen printing, embroidery, hot stamping, and transfer systems for branding on products. Cotton canvas (hambez) fabrics, produced in weights from 140 to 300 g/m², are eco-friendly, long-lasting fabrics available in various colors and prints. Impertex fabrics, made from polyester yarns, offer durable packaging solutions that can be reused many times.
