Founded in 1997 by entrepreneur Mahmut TEMURTAŞ, İzmir Çelik supplies steel and metal products—wholesale, retail, and custom-cut—to various industries including automotive parts, heavy machinery, machinery manufacturing, defense, agriculture, home appliances, and their sub-sectors.

Key milestones in the company’s growth:

2004: Moved headquarters to Bornova Doğanlar (2,500 m²).

2016: Opened a second branch in Çiğli A.O.S.B. (5,500 m²).

2019: Established İzkon Çelik A.Ş. in Konya (2,500 m²).

2022: Launched a new branch in Pınarbaşı – Bornova (6,500 m²).
