Self-Priming Pumps

Sempa's self-priming pumps offer effective solutions for transferring liquids without the need for a separate vacuum pump. Utilizing centrifugal force and a specialized design, these pumps draw liquids directly from the suction line into the pump, making them suitable even when the liquid level is below the pump.

Advantages:

No need for a separate vacuum pump. Usable even when the liquid level is below the pump. Easy installation and operation. Capable of pumping liquids containing air and gas. Single-stage, side-suction, centrifugal pump design with check valve. Open two-vane impeller design allows for handling solids up to 76 mm, depending on pump size. Clockwise rotation when viewed from the motor. Wear-resistant plate design minimizes abrasion between the impeller and casing, ensuring long life and high efficiency. Front-removable suction cover provides easy access to the impeller, seal box, and mechanical seal, allowing maintenance without interfering with suction and discharge lines.
