Altıntop Kuruyemiş was founded by Veli Tefenlili, who began his commercial journey with the support of his sons İbrahim, Ramazan, and Hakkı Tefenlili. What started with roasted chickpeas (leblebi) and a retail nut shop has grown into a leading brand in the nut and snack industry.

Through strategic investments, our production facility has expanded to 12,000 m², achieving a production capacity of 150 tons, and incorporating advanced Procter roasting machines capable of 2 tons per hour.

Today, Altıntop Kuruyemiş operates with over 125 employees, delivering up to 50 tons of roasted products and 600,000 packaged units daily to both domestic and international markets.

Our journey starts in the fields — we source our raw materials directly from local farmers, ensuring traceability and freshness. Once at the facility, the products undergo washing, stone separation, sortex selection, and color grading before being stored as raw materials.

Based on order flow, the production is carefully scheduled, roasted in high-tech ovens, and packaged to match customer preferences, guaranteeing delivery to the end user as fresh as the first day.
