Farba Otomotiv A.Ş

Farba was founded in Bursa in 1979 under the Bayraktarlar Holding umbrella.

Farba grew rapidly with the acquisition of Koito and Valeo licenses in 1992 and 2000, becoming one of the main suppliers to automotive OEMs in Turkey.

Farba took a significant step toward globalization with the acquisition of the German company Odelo in 2011. This growth trend quickly led to the commissioning of the Gebze, China, and VLE factories.

In 2018, following a strategic decision by Bayraktarlar Holding management, the Farba brand and operations began operating at our Gebze factory, while Odelo operations began operating at our Bursa and international facilities.

In 2020, Farba and VLE, which had been operating side by side at the TOSB campus, merged under the Farba corporate structure.

Aiming for the satisfaction of all its stakeholders by using the target of continuous development and excellence, Farba continues to produce headlights, taillights and electronic PCBs with its competent employees and advanced technology equipment and machinery in its modern facility in TOSB.
