Yalçınay Fıstıkçılık was founded in 1954 in Düziçi, Osmaniye by Mustafa Yalçın. The company continued its operations under the partnership of Servet Yalçın and Osman Aydoğdu, and in 1996 established YALÇINAY TOPRAK MAHSÜLLERİ Limited Company, carrying out production, wholesale, and marketing activities in its facilities in Osmaniye.

Now managed by the third generation, the company processes peanuts and various nuts in hygienic environments, supplying many food sector facilities. Peanuts undergo multiple processing steps and are delivered packaged or in bulk to wholesalers and retailers.

Yalçınay exports to over 20 countries, primarily in Europe, the Middle East, and Turkic states. The company complies with Turkish Food Codex standards and operates with state-of-the-art machinery under strict hygiene conditions.
