Steel Service Center and Pickling

Slitting (Cutting to Width): Cold-rolled, pickled, galvanized, and painted coils with thicknesses ranging from 0.30 – 3.00 mm are slit to widths between 200 mm – 400 mm, depending on thickness, with a length tolerance of -0 mm / +0.5 mm.

Hot-rolled, pickled, and galvanized coils with thicknesses ranging from 1.50 – 20.00 mm are slit to widths between 360 mm – 1 meter, depending on thickness, with a length tolerance of -0 mm / +0.5 mm.

In both processes, the steel coils are passed through levelers before cutting to ensure surface flatness suitable for laser cutting.
