Nesma & Partners

Established in 1981 as “Nesma & Al Fadl,” the company began as a contracting firm to address the growing demands of Saudi Arabia’s emerging economy. Today, it has grown into a diversified group delivering end-to-end, reliable, and innovative solutions across the energy, infrastructure, and building sectors, including consulting, engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance.

In 1995, Nesma-Emcor was founded for electromechanical works, and in 1997, Nesma-AGAP entered the oil & gas contracting sector. In 2004, these partnerships merged to form Nesma & Partners. By 2010, revenues exceeded SAR 1 billion. In 2022, the Public Investment Fund (PIF) became a strategic partner. In 2024, Nesma & Partners acquired Kent, a global leader in engineering and project management in the energy sector. In 2025, it acquired AYTB, a major provider of industrial services in the Kingdom.
