Al Rushaid Construction Co., Ltd. (ARCC) is a joint venture between Al Rushaid Petroleum Investment Company (ARPIC) and EEI Corporation of the Philippines. Established in 1993, ARCC has grown into one of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s leading construction companies, specializing in Oil & Gas, Energy and Water, Petrochemical, Industrial, and Manufacturing sectors.

Throughout its history, ARCC has been involved in the construction of major refineries, petrochemical plants, power and desalination plants, mining, and industrial facilities.
