Building Construction Company (BCC) was established in 1996 in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, as a general contractor providing construction services in building projects, renovations, and infrastructure development. The company manages a wide range of projects, including industrial facilities, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, offices, retail spaces, recreational complexes, healthcare facilities, and commercial developments across the Kingdom.

In the previous year, BCC became part of Retal Holding Company, along with three other companies specializing in engineering services, which enhanced its reputation and strengthened its market position.
