Founded in 1954 by the late Sulaiman Ahmed Alqudaibi, a man of vision and determination, the group continues to embody his mission of excellence and innovation.

Since its establishment, the group has grown significantly, expanding its reach beyond Kuwait to neighboring markets. Today, it comprises five companies and employs over 500 dedicated professionals.

Its subsidiaries operate in diverse sectors, including kitchen and laundry equipment manufacturing, flexible foam production (the first in Kuwait and the Arabian Gulf), large-scale plastic manufacturing, and the structural steel trade and supply serving industries such as construction, oil & gas, marine, and heavy engineering.
