Founded in 1959 by the Yılancıoğlu family, Yılpar Inc. operated in automotive industry import and distribution until 1970, then transitioned to a producer-investor role and established corrugated cardboard box and paper production facilities. In 1990, the company shifted focus from paper and corrugated board production to label manufacturing, pioneering Thermal and Ribbon self-adhesive labels and reaching an annual capacity of 12 million m². In the early 2000s, Yılpar added flexible packaging lines to its portfolio, achieving a production capacity of 17 000 tons/year and exporting its broad range of products to domestic and international markets. At its integrated facility in İzmir Kemalpaşa Organized Industrial Zone—spanning 15 000 m² indoors and 5 000 m² outdoors—Yılpar operates four rotogravure printing lines, one flexo printing line, four lamination lines, two varnishing lines, and auxiliary equipment. Utilizing renewable solar energy generation and solvent recovery systems for eco-friendly operations, and holding BRC quality accreditation among other certifications, Yılpar continues to combine 21st-century technology with its long-standing expertise as a trusted brand.
