FCCSA operates two advanced precast factories in Riyadh and Jeddah to meet growing industry demands. The Riyadh facility, established in 2010, covers 150,000 sqm, while the Jeddah facility spans 130,000 sqm. Together, they produce up to 600,000 sqm of hollow core slabs and 1,100,000 sqm of precast panels, with an annual production capacity of 750,000 cubic meters of precast concrete.
