PC Marine Services was established in 2002 under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a 100% Saudi-owned company, classified as number one in marine works. Its scope of work covers a wide range of activities including coastal development, port construction and rehabilitation, dredging and reclamation, environmental treatment, and the construction of marine structures such as quay walls, jetties, and piling works.

To ensure efficient operations, the company employs and trains captains and marine riggers with extensive field experience. All bathymetric surveys are carried out in-house with specialized equipment to validate provided data or to survey the seabed when data is lacking.

Over the years, PC Marine has evolved into a leading marine contracting company, earning a strong reputation with clients and stakeholders. As part of its vision, the company has increasingly engaged in environmental protection and biodiversity projects, including artificial reefs, mangrove plantations, and oil spill removal. PC Marine operates in compliance with international standards such as BS, ASTM, SIS, SASO, SSPC, NACE, and DIN, serving prestigious clients including Amaala, GAMEP, King Fahd Industrial Port, Yanbu Commercial Port, Jeddah Commercial Port, the Ministry of Agriculture, Coast Guard, and municipalities.
