Founded in 1984 (1404H) in Al-Khobar and registered under commercial number 1010155869, the company began operations in building maintenance, mechanical and electrical works, and water & sewage projects. Over time, Saneel expanded its operations and moved its headquarters to Riyadh, executing significant projects with major clients such as Saudi Aramco and Saudi Electricity Company, along with other government and private entities.
