UPAC AROMATICS

UPAC Aromatics traces its origins back to 1971, when Mr. Mohamed Korachi, an entrepreneurial perfumer, began exporting medicinal herbs and essential oils to Europe. He later expanded vertically by establishing Gifleur, an essential oil factory in Fayoum, Egypt.
Gifleur specialized in producing geranium oil, jasmine and rose concentrates, and by 1984 it had become a leading producer and exporter of cosmetics and fine perfumes across Africa and the Middle East.
By the late 1980s, Gifleur was perfuming nearly 40% of Egypt’s locally produced soaps and detergents.
In 1995, Mr. Korachi founded UPAC in the 6th of October industrial zone to capitalize on the new city’s industrial advantages and tax incentives.
Built on decades of expertise and partnerships with top European suppliers, UPAC has evolved into one of the region’s foremost specialists in food flavors and perfume compounds.
Today, UPAC combines craftsmanship, innovation, and scientific precision to deliver world-class aromatic and flavoring solutions to its customers.
