Since 1950, the Büyükbayraktar family has been producing traditional Turkish delicacies such as pestil (fruit pulp sheets), köme (walnut rolls), and grape molasses in Gümüşhane. In 1974, this craft evolved into a business under the brand KRAL, which soon became a recognized name across Turkey and worldwide.

By 2000, KRAL transitioned to modern production facilities and became the first Turkish exporter of these local products. Today, under "Kral Natural Products", the company operates in a 12,000 m² production facility and offers a wide product range including: chocopestil, fruit marmalades, herbal teas, Turkish delight, halva, and baklava.

Certified with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and Halal standards, the company emphasizes food safety, innovation, and sustainability. KRAL aims to make traditional Turkish flavors a part of modern global eating habits, reaching thousands of retail points and elite markets.
