KH Elite Architecture

Khaled Hashem is a passionate Saudi architect and design director engaged in multiple contemporary projects for elite individuals and companies. Born in Britain, and having traveled extensively across Europe and the United States, he has been deeply influenced by the history and culture of architecture and lifestyle. He contributes to reshaping the local identity in Saudi Arabia’s modern vision by elevating the quality of life for individuals. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), and later obtained his MBA from the University of Business and Technology (UBT). In addition, he holds project management certifications such as CIPM and PMP. He is a licensed professional both locally (Saudi Council for Engineers - SCE) and internationally (American Institute of Architects - AIA).
In September 2016, he founded KH Elite Architecture after co-founding two design firms. He began his professional career at leading Saudi companies such as Zuhair Fayez Partnership and Ewaan Residential. Khaled is recognized for his unlimited passion and dedication to innovative work, finding joy in designing spaces inside out – from remarkable architecture to the finest details. Today, KH Elite Architecture stands out through its noble mission of collaborating with talented design students, offering training programs, and continuously supporting well-known universities. The goal is to enhance the quality of local resources and positively utilize skills by offering jobs to those who meet Khaled Hashem’s elite criteria.
