Self-Supporting Chimney Systems (SSS)

Self-supporting chimney systems are designed for industrial facilities, factories, power plants, treatment plants, residential complexes, and shopping centers, particularly where boiler rooms are located away from the main building. These free-standing systems are anchored from the ground and constructed without relying on any other structure, offering reliable and efficient solutions.

• The inner liner is manufactured in compliance with H0 (zero) tightness class, either flanged or fully welded. • Insulation is provided with rock wool or ceramic-based materials, ensuring low thermal conductivity. • The flue gas temperature inside is not transferred to the outside, resulting in low condensation and high efficiency. • Supporting walls are made of steel, with thickness calculated according to static requirements. • Outer walls are protected against weather conditions with epoxy coating or stainless steel cladding. • The system can operate up to 1000°C under both wet (W) and dry (D) conditions.
