Steel Service Center and Pickling

Cut-to-Length (CTL): Cold-rolled, pickled, galvanized, and painted coils with thicknesses ranging from 0.30 – 3.00 mm and a maximum width of 1830 mm are cut to lengths between 400 mm – 4.0 meters, depending on the thickness, with a length tolerance of -0 mm / +0.5 mm.

Hot-rolled, pickled, and galvanized coils with thicknesses between 1.50 – 20.00 mm and a maximum width of 1500 mm are cut to lengths ranging from 1 meter – 14 meters, with a length tolerance of -0 mm / +0.5 mm.

In both processes, coils are passed through levelers before cutting to achieve surface flatness suitable for laser cutting.
