• Aesthetics ◦ LEAF SURFACE: Wave-pattern PVC embossing on matte black PVC-coated MDF; rear face in 10 mm satin-white PVC-coated MDF. ◦ FRAME COVERING: 12 mm-thick, 14 cm-wide PVC-coated MDF casing. ◦ ALUMINUM STRIP & ACCESSORIES: 93 mm inox aluminum strip; wave-embossed pull handle, mirrored Erciyes inner handle, 180° peephole, and hidden safety latch. ◦ PAINT SYSTEM: Phosphating wash – eco-friendly electrostatic powder coat – baked at 220 °C for 15 minutes for a durable finish.
