• Aesthetics ◦ LEAF SURFACE: UV-protected, scratch-resistant white High Gloss laminate on 10 mm MDF with CNC-cut rustics inlaid with glossy yellow rigid strips to form River patterns; rear face in satin PVC-coated MDF. ◦ FRAME COVERING: Outer casing clad in 12 mm-thick, 14 cm-wide PVC-coated MDF, elegantly concealing the metal frame. ◦ ALUMINUM STRIP & ACCESSORIES: Patented 93 mm inox aluminum strip; 40 cm nickel handle outside, mirrored Erciyes handle inside, 180° peephole, and hidden safety latch. ◦ PAINT SYSTEM: Phosphating wash – eco-friendly electrostatic powder coating – baked at 220 °C for 15 minutes for a glossy, durable finish.
