ÖZTAN TEKSTİL was established in 1990 in Istanbul as a wholesaler of textile accessories.
The growing potential of the textile sector led us to start production quickly, acquiring OTEN TEKSTİL in İzmir in 1996, specializing in polyester button manufacturing.
