Peştemalcı (Dobulga Tekstil), founded in 1965 in Tavas–Denizli under the name ‘‘Hülyam Havlu’’ by Kemal Aldemir, now operates as the brand ‘‘Peştemalcı® Levent’’. The company exports handcrafted pestemals, bathrobes and towels to approximately 40 countries worldwide. With modern weaving facilities in Kızılcabölük, it has a daily production capacity of about 10,000 pestemals, 80% of which are hand‑woven.
