Floteks A.Ş.

Founded in 1982, Floteks A.Ş. is Turkey’s first manufacturer of polyethylene products using rotational molding technology and the only domestic company capable of competing globally in terms of technology and R&D capacity. Floteks has developed numerous products for the automotive sub-industry, transport systems, and infrastructure sectors. It also manufactures underground and above-ground polyethylene food and water tanks ranging from 5 to 25,000 liters, rainwater harvesting systems, septic tanks, treatment systems, and oil separators. For 25 years, Floteks has been producing for the automotive sector and owns an advanced quality control laboratory.

Floteks continues its production across various sectors.

✔ Automotive (1982):
An ISO-TS 16949:2002 and ISO-TS 22241-1 certified company producing fuel tanks, AdBlue tanks, clean/dirty water tanks, protective parts, air pipes, mudguards, and more. Supports major industry players via Milk-Run, JIT, Kanban, Kaizen, and Co-Design methods. Authorized to conduct EU regulatory tests (TSE, TÜV) in-house for fuel tanks and safety parts.

✔ Animal Husbandry (1983):
Produces a wide range of products including calf hutches, drinkers, feeders, disinfectants, fence systems, bottles, milk buckets, licking blocks, and forage accessories.

✔ FLOPLAST (1998):
Established in Bursa, Floplast manufactures hygienic pallets and foldable containers for the food industry using rotational molding. It owns the Turkish production and sales rights for the South African patented Alpal product.

✔ Custom Product Manufacturing (2000):
Thanks to vertical integration and engineering expertise, Floteks offers fast and economical design, mold production, and custom product manufacturing.

✔ Underground Products (2002):
Since 2008, Floteks has developed underground plastic products including various manholes, inspection chambers, underground waste stations, water and septic tanks, and pumping stations.
