As the Özmermer family, our commercial journey began in 1952 with a small pide bakery established by our esteemed elder Hasan Özmermer. Building on over 40 years of experience in producing pide, various breads, francala, and pastries, we founded Özmermer Flour Factory in 1994 to meet our own and our peers’ need for high-standard flour. With investments in 1997, we increased our daily production capacity from 120 to 250 tons. In 2013, we launched a fully automated new factory in Gaziantep 4th Organized Industrial Zone, spanning 50,000 m², with a daily wheat processing capacity of 650 tons. With over 25 years of experience, we continue to be a leading flour manufacturer in the region and Turkey, producing flour with cutting-edge technology and contactless methods. Our advanced quality control and R&D laboratories ensure products meet superior standards. Together with our customers and partners, we grow while adhering strictly to national and international quality and sustainability standards.
