Olca – Leading Quality and Innovation Since 1994 Our story began in 1994 with the establishment of a tomato paste and canned food factory on a 12,000 m² indoor area and 110,000 m² experimental farming land in the fertile Yeşil Niksar Plain of the Black Sea region. We annually produce 6,000 tons of carefully cultivated tomato paste, along with pepper paste and exclusive rosehip marmalade. To increase production capacity, we incorporated a factory located in the Karacabey Plain, a key region for tomato and pepper cultivation and processing, allowing us to process approximately 80,000-100,000 tons of raw materials per season. Specializing in high-Brix tomato paste, we produce products at the global standard of 28 Brix with the same sterility and quality, serving both domestic and international markets. We continue to lead industry innovations through ongoing R&D. Committed to sustainability, our facility includes wastewater treatment and solar panels generating 1000 kW of electricity, emphasizing eco-friendly production and efficient use of natural resources.
