NP Panel being part of NURİŞ Prefabrik, which has been one of the leading companies in the prefabricated sector with its projects and productions since 1968, was established in 2022. NP Panel, whose mission is to meet customer expectations at the highest level with reliable and sustainable products in the insulation and prefabrication sector, operates on an area of 10,000 m2 in Ankara Baskent OSB. The main field of NP PANEL is the production of sandwich wall and roof panels with Mineral wool (Rockwool- Glass wool) and Expanded Polystrene Foam (EPS) insulation, which provide high thermal insulation, air tightness, and fire insulation. In addition, NP Panel offers products suitable for all needs of its customers with concealed screw wall panels, and H-jointed wall panels that provide solutions for container and prefabricated buildings. OUR QUALITY POLICY NP PANEL has adopted the correct and adequate use of natural resources by using technical, economic, and technological opportunities for responsible consumption and production within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. In this direction, information and training related to the environmental impacts encountered during the production process were given to the employees, in particular. Located in Elazığ Organized Industrial Zone, the Akdağ Integrated Stone Wool Facility operates on a 90,000 m² area, with 25,000 m² of covered production space. It is the first and only facility of its kind in the region. Built with Industry 4.0 Smart Factory technology, the plant is designed to ensure zero-waste, environmentally friendly production with seamless efficiency. Since its launch in 2021, the facility has held the region’s largest production capacity with 40,000 tons of stone wool annually. Upon completing the second and third investment phases, the facility will reach 100,000 tons per year with 40,000 m² of covered space. The plant generates its own electricity and auxiliary raw materials, and houses a research and development laboratory. Through partnerships with universities and professional institutions, it also serves as a training and development hub, supporting the growth of skilled labor in the sector.

It provides its valued customers in the construction and insulation sectors with locally produced breathable waterproofing membranes (moisture barriers), vapor retarders (moisture retarders), and non-combustible B-class moisture barrier membranes. Our technical team continues R&D efforts to develop the product and product portfolio. Accordingly, as a strength of local production, we have produced fire-resistant B-A2 class (Watershield FIRE) non-combustible moisture barrier membranes in Turkey. Our goal is to always maintain the trust of our valued customers and their satisfaction with product quality. To this end, our continuous work and quality renewals will continue. We also aim to showcase the power of local production worldwide and promote the WATERSHIELD brand, which is Turkey's insulation strength, by participating in many fairs and events. We have a daily production capacity of 30,000 m² of vapor balancing (moisture barrier) and vapor retarder (moisture retarder) membranes. Our products consist of 3 layers and can be manufactured in any color and grammage between 70 g/m² and 250 g/m² as requested. The WATERSHIELD brand produces breathable waterproofing membranes for façade and roof applications. Our products include moisture barriers, vapor balancers such as Watershield 90, Watershield 110, Watershield 130, and vapor retarders/moisture retarders like Watershield ALU. Our products are certified with a Performance Declaration and nationally approved CE certification.
