Livello Home Collection (AKC Furniture Trade and Industry Co. Ltd. – Akan Ahşap) began operations in November 2005 on a 3,800 m² enclosed space. In 2008, our company underwent a corporate transformation, began by training its staff, and continued this work by upgrading its machinery, bringing its capacity to 1,000 sets of bedroom furniture and dining rooms per month. In 2013, as part of its institutionalization efforts, we upgraded to an ERP system in addition to our existing production and accounting programs. Our factory, located in the İnegöl Organized Industrial Zone, encompasses 11,000 m² of enclosed space, totaling 22,000 m², and integrated production, shipping, warehouse tracking, after-sales service, and accounting into its new facility. All packages and the products within are fully barcoded and automated in our software, ensuring seamless shipment to our valued customers. Currently, we maintain production with state-of-the-art production machinery. Our production line includes two HPP11 panel sizing machines, three channel edge banding machines, two Italian beveled edges, four Robland recliners with scribers, two Rover CNC machining machines, one Vitap 3-head drilling and single-head drilling machine, one 7-head multi-drilling machine, in-house bevel press machines, one PVC membrane machine, and 127 employees. We now produce 2,000 sets of bedroom and dining room furniture monthly. More than half of our furniture is exported to countries such as Iraq, Azerbaijan, Germany, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Georgia, Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Algeria, Armenia, and Austria. In Turkey, we sell our products through dealers in 56 cities. Our company produces 2,000 sets monthly and aims to double this production figure in the coming years with a solid foundation. Our primary goals include contributing to İnegöl furniture and Turkey's exports, increasing both our foreign trade volume and domestic sales without compromising quality, and creating more jobs.
