Bifa Biscuit and Food Industry Inc. began its journey in 1962 at the Birlik factory with a daily production of 3 tons of biscuits. Over more than 60 years, it has grown into a major international player with facilities in two different countries, exporting to over 100 nations worldwide. In Karaman alone, the company produces more than 150,000 tons annually at its facilities covering 270,000 m². Its production lines include biscuits, chocolate, cakes, wafers, and crackers, supported by a flour mill and a paper packaging factory.
