Diyala State Corporation has issued a general tender for the supply of cold-rolled carbon steel strip for use in the manufacture of transformer radiators and oil tanks: R002/B (1.2x460 mm, 300 tons) and R004/B (1.2x640 mm, 500 tons). The delivery period is 90 days from the contract signature date, and the delivery method is DDP (Incoterms 2010). The estimated bid price announced is ≈ $768,000 (expressed in the text as between $765,000 and $768,000), and the bid guarantee is $23,040. Bids will be submitted on a CIP Karbala warehouse delivery basis, denominated in USD/Euro/IQD, and are final and non-negotiable. Offers must be valid for ≥120 days, and a 5% contract performance deposit (based on an exchange rate of 1320 IQD/USD for Iraqi companies) is required.
