In 1989, Reda Orensa and Osama Orensa founded a small woodworking workshop in Damietta, Egypt’s renowned hub for fine furniture craftsmanship. By 1995, operations were relocated to a modern 4,370 m² factory in the industrial zone of New Damietta, featuring 3,300 m² of manufacturing space and 730 m² of warehousing. In 2000, the second generation — Ahmed and Amr Orensa — joined the company, ushering in a new era of modernization and business process development, laying the foundation for what is now one of Egypt’s most reputable furniture producers. About Pinocchio Headquartered in Damietta, the heart of Egypt’s furniture industry, Pinocchio Wooden Products Co. is a leading designer and manufacturer of ready-to-assemble furniture that blends heritage craftsmanship with modern design innovation. Our collection features over 25 distinctive lines of modern and ethnic residential furniture, including bedrooms, dining rooms, and living spaces, as well as custom-made contract furniture for hotels, restaurants, and public facilities. As a family-run, second-generation enterprise, Pinocchio employs 130 skilled team members and operates with a daily production capacity of 60 finished furniture units.
