Founded in 1992, Mertsan Gıda began its journey in a 1,000 m² facility with only 2 machines. Today, it operates in a 12,000 m² modern production plant equipped with fully automated machines designed in accordance with Turkish Food Codex and high sterilization standards.

Mertsan Gıda specializes in six major product categories: chewing gum, chocolate, dragée candies, hard candies, soft candies, and rolled wafer sticks. All production processes are conducted in fully sterile, touch-free environments.

With 200 employees, over 200 product varieties, and exports to 65 countries, Mertsan Gıda is a key player in both the domestic and international confectionery markets. Within Turkey, it reaches all 81 provinces via an extensive distribution and marketing network across all 7 regions.
