HD International Trade and Packaging Industry Co. Ltd. was founded on January 11, 1999, in Istanbul. The company provides international raw material and equipment supply, marketing, and representation services primarily to the cosmetics, food, chemical, textile, packaging, and energy sectors.

In 2010, HD became an official representative of Jokey Plastik İstanbul for the Middle East and CIS countries and moved its headquarters to the Jokey Plastik Factory in Dilovası. Later, in 2011, HD expanded into the Middle East by establishing a new company under the name HD International Trade FZE in Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone, UAE.
