Founded in 2016 in İzmir, Brownies Food & Co. is a specialized brand in premium brownie and dessert production. In 2019, the company launched its own e-commerce platform to strengthen B2B and B2C sales channels, delivering products both domestically and internationally. With a 2,500 m² production facility in Kemalpaşa, Brownies Food & Co. meets increasing demand supported by a strong global distribution network.

The company adheres to high quality and food safety standards, holding certifications such as BRC (AA+) and ISO. It also offers vegan alternatives, avoids palm oil, and rigorously follows hygiene protocols. Women make up 80% of the workforce in facilities operating under a strict halal food policy.

Halal Food Policy:
All production stages comply with OIC/SMIIC1 standards, Turkish Food Codex, and Islamic jurisprudence. Halal safety risks are managed throughout the supply chain, and employees receive continuous halal training.
