Founded in 2012 in Ankara, Unadam entered the food industry by producing high-quality tortillas and lavash bread. With a strong focus on natural ingredients and taste, and without the use of additives or preservatives, Unadam quickly established a firm position in the market.

All raw materials, including flour, are sourced from local, natural, and additive-free suppliers, selected with great care. Our R&D and product development activities are carried out in collaboration with academic advisors and leading industry partners.

In our BRC-certified facilities, we combine traditional recipes with cutting-edge production technology, delivering products at the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

Today, with two factories operating on a total area of 5,000 m², Unadam develops tailor-made solutions for its clients, maintaining a leading and innovative position in the lavash and tortilla segment.
