Tandoor Lavaş is a proud brand under UNNU Gıda, active in the bakery sector since 1994. As a pioneer in the mass production of natural and additive-free baked goods, we combine the essence of traditional village recipes with modern food technology.
Inspired by the hands of village mothers, our lavash production technique uses stone-milled flour from carefully selected wheat. We are proud to be the first factory in Turkey to produce 90 million lavash breads annually without any additives—backed by internationally recognized certifications.
