Founded in 1990, Er Kalıp specializes in the production of pool equipment, plastic, and sheet metal molds. The company manufactures sheet metal molds up to 5 meters, including progressive and transfer molds. Since 2016, it has been exporting molds and offering commissioning services internationally. Er Kalıp collaborates with major automotive companies such as PSA, Tofaş, and Ford Otosan. It holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 certifications and uses CATIA V5, AUTOFORM, CNC, and laser technologies in its technical design processes.
