The story of Koska began in 1907 when Hacı Emin Bey opened his first halva shop in Denizli. His son, Hacı Halil İbrahim Adil Dindar, carried on the craft in Denizli and later in Istanbul’s Beyazıt-Koska district. After his passing in 1980, his three sons continued under two companies, one of which is Koska Mahir A.Ş.
Today, Koska Mahir A.Ş. operates in three factories, producing Koska-branded products and exporting them to markets in the Middle East, the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Combining the artistry of traditional Turkish confectionery with state-of-the-art food technology, Koska offers a wide range of products including halva, Turkish delight, croquant, tahini-molasses, and baked goods. Upholding its Halal Food Policy, Koska prioritizes quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
